[YTU.013] YEN TU - DONG PAGODA - HA LONG BAY | 3 DAYS

Day 1: HANOI - YEN TU (LUNCH / DINNER)

08:00-08:30: The tour guide and car will pick you up at your hotel in the Old Quarter and Hanoi Opera House to depart for Yen Tu.

10:30-11:00: Upon arrival at Yen Tu, a local guide specializing in Yen Tu will take you to have lunch at a restaurant. After lunch, the guide will accompany you to the Yen Tu cable car station, where you will experience 4 cable car stages to admire the Yen Tu forest. You will visit:

✔ The ancestral tower (where the relics of King Tran Nhan Tong are kept)

✔ Hoa Yen Pagoda, also known as One-Roof Pagoda. You will then take the second cable car system.

✔ Admire the Statue of An Ky Sinh, Buddha's stele...

✔ Conquer the summit of Dong Pagoda (located at an altitude of 1068m above sea level)

✔ Attend a Buddhist ceremony and enjoy the panoramic view of Yen Tu from the mountain top.

Afternoon: Descend by cable car, return to the hotel for rest and dinner. The evening is free for relaxation in the peaceful and serene atmosphere of Yen Tu mountain forest. Overnight stay in Yen Tu.

Day 2: YEN TU - SIGHTSEEING - HALONG (BREAKFAST / LUNCH / -)

Morning: Have breakfast at the restaurant or hotel, relax and rest. In the morning, you can choose:

✔ Option 1: Free time to rest or visit Truc Lam Yen Tu Zen Monastery and Giai Oan Pagoda to pray for luck for your family and loved ones.

✔ Option 2: The car and guide will take you to visit Ba Vang Pagoda - the largest main hall in Vietnam with a spacious and unique architecture. You will have 90 minutes to explore and worship here (additional cost of 350,000 VND per person including transportation and guide).

10:30: The car will pick you up to go to Halong.11:30-12:00: Arrive at Halong Bay port, the group will gather at the waiting area as instructed by the tour guide to wait for ticket purchase and distribution for guests to board the ship and start the journey to explore the bay. The boat will pass through many small and large islands with different shapes, each with special names like Rooster Fighting Island, Stone Dog Island... Guests will enjoy lunch on the boat.

14:00: Arrive at Bo Hon Island. Guests will visit the Surprise Cave - one of the most beautiful caves in Halong Bay. Next, guests can kayak or take a bamboo boat to visit Luon Cave (kayaking or bamboo boat fee not included). After 30 minutes of kayaking, guests will return to the boat to head to Titop Island. Guests can swim at Titop Beach with white sandy shores, or try trekking up Titop Mountain to admire the panoramic view of Halong Bay.

16:30: Guests return to the boat. The boat will move to take guests back to the port. Guests can sunbathe on the deck, listen to music, relax, and immerse themselves in the nature of Halong Bay.

17:30: Return to Halong Bay port. Guests board the bus back to Hanoi.

20:00-20:30: Arrive back in Hanoi, the bus will take guests back to the original pick-up point. End of the day's program exploring the natural wonder of Halong Bay. See you again!

Important note: The time for visiting Halong Bay may be adjusted to suit the conditions of each departure day or may be changed depending on the weather in Halong Bay or the coordination of the Halong Bay Management Board. In some cases, there may be sudden departure bans due to strong winds or thunderstorms without prior notice. We appreciate your understanding!

Tour price includes:

● Car from 7 to 45 seats (depending on the number of guests) for transportation from Hanoi => Yen Tu => Halong => Hanoi...- Explore Halong Bay with a beautiful new 48-seat iron boat (refer to the images in the program).

• Tickets to visit Halong Bay and Yen Tu. Note: Depending on the ticket price policy at different times, there will be surcharges if the ticket price increases or deductions if the ticket price is reduced according to the actual situation at the time of the tour.
• 03 main meals priced at 150,000 VND/meal (the quality of the meals depends on the number of servings).
• 01 breakfast priced at 30,000 VND/meal at Yen Tu.
• 01 night stay at a 2-star hotel in Yen Tu, with 02 guests/room (single guests will share a room with 3 people).
• Tour guide serving the group during the visit to Halong Bay (while guests are resting at the hotel, only hotel staff will serve, and guests are free to enjoy activities as suggested by us).
• Local tour guide welcoming and serving the group at Yen Tu.
• Drinks served on the bus, 01 bottle/person/tour (for the day of visiting Halong Bay).

Not included:

• 10% VAT invoice.
• Beverages during meals, in the room, and other personal expenses.
• Entrance tickets to all parks in Halong or other optional self-exploration activities.
• Kayaking or bamboo boat ride to visit Luon Cave (based on actual price list).
• Round-trip cable car ticket to Yen Tu (current cable car ticket price is 320,000 VND).
• Single room surcharge: 300,000 VND/guest/night (in case a guest registers to travel alone without being able to share a room with others) or due to a request for a separate room from the guest.
• Extra expenses outside the program.
• Other services and costs not mentioned in the program.
• Tips for drivers and tour guides.
• Regulations for Vietnamese guests: 50,000 VND/guest/day of the tour.
• Tip regulations for foreign guests: $3/guest/day of the tour.

**Children (need to read carefully to understand the standards for children):...**Children aged 1-4 are eligible for free services, but they will be charged an additional fee for boarding the boat as per regulations (parents are responsible for all expenses related to the child, without taking up a seat on the vehicle). Only 01 child is allowed to accompany 02 adults for free, while the second child onwards will be charged 50% (with half a meal and a separate seat on the vehicle).

Due to children also being counted in the capacity of the boat when visiting Ha Long Bay, children aged 1-4 who are eligible for free services will be charged an extra fee of 80,000 VND/child (referred to as a seat occupancy fee on the boat). During holidays such as April 30th-May 1st, National Day, New Year's Day, and Lunar New Year, the extra charge will be 150,000 VND/child.

If 01 adult accompanies 01 child eligible for free services, the child must pay 50% of the adult tour price (the standard for children at 50% includes half a meal and a separate seat on the car. Any additional costs for entrance tickets at tourist sites are to be covered by the family).

Children aged 5-9 will be charged 75% of the price (includes 01 meal and a separate seat on the vehicle)

Children aged 5-9 over 120cm tall without a *student ID card or valid document with a photo will have to pay an additional 100,000 VND to purchase a ticket like an adult.*

Halong Port does not accept the use of birth certificates.

Children aged 10 and above will be charged the same price as adults

● Trường hợp mua đồ hải sản phải được đựng trong thùng xốp dán kín và sạch sẽ. Lái xe có quyền từ chối vận chuyển nếu Quý khách mang theo đồ hải sản lên xe mà không được đóng gói cẩn thận.

Other notes:

• Travelers on tours (especially those involving boats, trains, airplanes, or border areas) must carry valid personal identification documents (ID card/citizenship card/passport). Children under 14 must carry a birth certificate at minimum. Children aged 14 and above must have a citizenship card or passport.
• It is advisable to bring medication for stomachaches caused by diarrhea and common fever reducers.
• Vegetarian guests should bring their own vegetarian food to ensure their dietary preferences are met.
• Any unused services during the tour will not be refunded.
• The tour guide has the right to rearrange the order of sightseeing spots to suit specific departure conditions each day while ensuring all scheduled attractions are visited.

• Customers are responsible for their health and chronic illnesses (heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, joint issues, etc.), congenital diseases, hidden illnesses, HIV AIDS, mental disorders, pregnancy... which are not covered by insurance. If necessary, customers must provide a written commitment regarding their health condition when participating in the tour. The tour organizer is not liable for cases where customers do not disclose their illnesses truthfully or for illnesses outside the scope of travel insurance during the tour.
• Customers must take care of their personal belongings at all times and in all places throughout the trip. The tour organizer is not responsible for any loss of money, valuable items, flight tickets, or personal belongings during the journey.
