[HLO.013] HA LONG BAY - HA LONG PARK - FIRE SHORE | 3 DAYS

DAY 1: HANOI - HALONG BAY (LUNCH / DINNER)

08:00-08:45: Pick-up by the tour guide and vehicle at hotels in the Old Quarter and Opera House area for the trip to visit Halong Bay.

11:30-12:00: Arrive at Halong Bay port, gather in the waiting area as guided by the tour guide to purchase tickets and board the boat for the journey of exploring the Bay. The boat will pass by many small and large islands with different shapes, including the iconic Chicken Rock. Enjoy lunch on board.

14:00: Visit Bo Hon Island. Explore the Surprising Cave - one of the most beautiful caves in Halong Bay. Next, guests can kayak or take a bamboo boat to visit Luon Cave (kayaking or bamboo boat fee not included). After 30 minutes of kayaking, return to the boat to head to Titop Island. Guests can swim at Titop Beach with white sandy shores or try trekking up Titop Mountain for a panoramic view of Halong Bay.

16:30: Return to the boat. Relax on the sundeck, listen to music, and immerse yourself in the nature of Halong Bay as the boat sails back to the port.

17:30: Disembark. Transfer back to the hotel for check-in and rest.

19:00: Dinner. Evening free for exploring Night Market, Food Street, etc. Overnight in Halong.

DAY 2: FREE TIME FOR BEACH SWIMMING - HALONG PARK (BREAKFAST / LUNCH / DINNER)

Morning: Enjoy buffet breakfast at the hotel. Spend the morning freely walking to swim at Bai Chay Beach or hire a taxi to visit the colorful 7-color street, resembling a small Italy in the heart of Halong.

11:00: Have lunch at the hotel and relax.Afternoon: Guests are free to enjoy themselves at Halong Park with many exciting amusement areas (cost of tickets for amusement areas in the park is self-sufficient). Due to Covid impact, the opening hours of the park may be unstable or mainly focused on weekends. We hope for your understanding.

• Queen Cable Car area and giant Sunwheel Ferris wheel on the mystical hill
• Dragon Park with adventurous games like roller coasters, spinning swings...
• Typhoon Water Park with water-related attractions that are very appealing

6:30 PM: Dinner. The evening is free for exploring Night Market, Food Street... Overnight in Halong.

DAY 3: HALONG CITY - HANOI (BREAKFAST / LUNCH / - )

Morning: Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Suggestions for the morning in Halong include:

✔ Free time to walk to Bai Chay Beach

✔ Register for a tour to Yen Tu - Dong Pagoda. Explore one of the largest Buddhist centers in Vietnam (please contact to book services at least from the previous afternoon to receive a quote). In case you go to Yen Tu, you will check out of the hotel right after breakfast to depart for Yen Tu. After finishing the tour at Yen Tu, you will have lunch at a restaurant and then the guide will take you back to Hanoi by car.

11:00 AM: Check out of the hotel, have lunch at the hotel, and rest.

Afternoon: Guests can choose one of the following options:

1. Continue to enjoy themselves at Halong Park as the park is currently only open in the afternoon.

2. A car will pick up guests at the hotel to start the Halong City Tour with a minimum of 4 guests:...- Enjoy the view of Bai Chay Bridge from the car. This is a cable-stayed bridge with prestressed concrete box girders. The two bridge towers are placed on large-scale pressure-grouted socketed caissons, a technology applied for the first time in Vietnam with modern and advanced construction techniques. The bridge was constructed using balanced cantilever technology, with the main bridge tower reaching a height of 50m, extending the bridge deck out to sea and connecting the two cantilever arms, ensuring that boats can still operate normally during the construction process.

• Visit Quang Ninh Museum. The Quang Ninh Museum takes inspiration from the image of coal - a characteristic mineral of Quang Ninh, and was designed by Spanish architect Salvador Perez Arroyo. The Quang Ninh Museum - Library is considered a perfect cultural work and a sustainable highlight of the famous Halong Bay area. It is also the largest architectural complex with the highest investment value (over 900 billion VND) and the first official museum built in Quang Ninh province.
• Take photos (from outside) at Dolphin Palace, affectionately known as the Planning Exhibition Hall, Trade Fair, Exhibition, and Culture of Quang Ninh province. Dolphin Palace was honored to be listed among the top 10 buildings and structures worldwide at the 2019 International Architecture Awards (Chicago). The palace is considered an outstanding structure, with grand architecture, innovative design, and praised by experts as beautiful, unique, harmonious with the surroundings of Halong Bay - a World Natural Heritage site. Dolphin Palace promises to become a new and attractive destination for domestic and international tourists visiting Halong.
• Sit in the car and admire the beautiful coastal road Tran Quoc Nguyen along the shores of the heritage bay.Visit Tran Quoc Nguyen Temple. Hung Vu King Tran Quoc Nguyen, the eldest son of Great General Tran Quoc Tuan, and a nephew of King Tran Thai Tong. In 1282, he married Princess Thien Thuy and became the Marshal of King Tran Thanh Tong. He was a talented general, skilled in both literary and martial arts, a filial son, and loyal servant; The Temple is located on the shores of Ha Long Bay.

Conclude the City Ha Long program by relaxing at Gio Coffee with a panoramic view of Ha Long Bay and watching the boats.

Please note: the City Ha Long program is an open program that only includes transportation for sightseeing without covering expenses such as entrance tickets, personal expenses, and may not include a tour guide.

5:00 PM: Board the return bus on the most beautiful highway in Vietnam back to Hanoi.

8:30-9:00 PM: Arrive in Hanoi. End of the program. See you again!

✔ The visiting time to Ha Long Bay may be adjusted to suit the weather conditions of each day by the Management Board of Ha Long Bay. In some cases, there may be sudden departure bans due to strong winds or thunderstorms without prior notice. We hope our guests accept and understand this with joy!

✔ For guests with early flights or *desiring to return to Hanoi early, please inform the tour guide from the first day of the tour so that we can proactively arrange transportation back to Hanoi for you after finishing lunch on the second day.*

• Tips for drivers and tour guides:
• Guests may tip drivers and tour guides if satisfied with their service. The tipping amount is not mandatory but typically starts from 50,000 VND per person per day.
• Standard tipping for foreign guests: 3 USD per person per day

Children (important information to understand children's standards):

• Children aged 1-4 receive complimentary services but must pay the surcharge for the cruise as required (parents are responsible for all related expenses for the child, without occupying a seat on the bus). Only 01 child is allowed per 02 adults free of charge, starting from the second child, they will be charged 50% (with half portion meal and separate seating on the bus).Children are also subject to charges on the cruise to visit Halong Bay, so children under 4 years old (free of charge) will incur an extra fee of 80,000 VND/child (referred to as a seat occupancy fee on the boat). During holidays on April 30th - May 1st, National Day, New Year's Day, and Lunar New Year, there will be an additional charge of 150,000 VND/child.

If one adult accompanies one child under 4 years old, the child must pay 50% of the adult tour price (the standard for children aged 5-9 includes half a meal and a separate seat in the car. Any additional costs for entrance tickets at tourist attractions are the responsibility of the family).

● Children from 5-9 years old are charged 75% of the price (includes 1 meal and a separate seat in the car, excluding entrance tickets by default).

Children aged 5-9 who are taller than 120cm and do not have a valid student ID or document with a photo sticker will have to pay an additional 100,000 VND to purchase a ticket like an adult.

Halong Port authorities do not accept the use of birth certificates.

● Children aged 10 and above are charged the same price as adults.

Other notes:

• Travelers on tours (especially those involving ships, trains, airplanes... or tours to border areas) must carry valid personal identification documents (ID card/Citizen ID/Passport). Children under 14 must carry a birth certificate at minimum. Children aged 14 and above are required to have a Citizen ID card or passport.
• It is advisable to bring medication for stomach pain due to diarrhea, as well as common fever relief medication.
• Vegetarian guests are advised to bring their own vegetarian food to ensure their dietary preferences.
• Any unused services during the tour will not be refunded.
• Tour guides have the right to rearrange the order of sightseeing spots to suit the specific conditions of each departure day while ensuring all scheduled sightseeing spots in the program are covered.

Customer Responsibilities:

• Customers are responsible for their health and chronic illnesses (heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, joint problems...), congenital diseases, hidden illnesses, HIV AIDS, mental disorders, and nervous system disorders, as well as pregnant women, which are not covered by insurance. When necessary, customers must provide a written commitment regarding their health condition when participating in the tour. The tour organizer is not responsible for cases where customers do not declare their illnesses truthfully or for illnesses outside the scope of travel insurance on the tour.
• Customers must take care of their personal belongings at all times and in all places throughout the trip. The tour organizer is not liable for any loss of money, valuable items, flight tickets, and personal belongings of customers during the journey.
