[HLO.021] HA LONG - SHOCK - TITOP - YEN TU | 2 DAYS

Day 1: HANOI - HALONG BAY (LUNCH / DINNER)

08:00-08:30: The tour guide and bus will pick you up at hotels in the Old Quarter and Opera House area to start the journey to visit Halong Bay with an exciting itinerary similar to overnight cruise ships on the Bay.

11:30-12:00: Arrive at Halong Bay port, the group gathers at the waiting area under the guidance of the tour guide to wait for ticket purchase and distribution to board the ship for the exploration journey. The ship will pass through many small and large islands with different shapes and special names like Rooster Fighting Island, Stone Dog Island... Enjoy lunch on board.

14:00: Arrive at Bo Hon Island. Visit the Surprise Cave - one of the most beautiful caves in Halong Bay. Next, you can kayak or take a bamboo boat to visit Luon Cave (kayaking or bamboo boat fee not included). After 30 minutes of kayaking, return to the ship to head to Titop Island. You can swim at Titop Beach with white sandy beach, or try trekking to the top of Titop Mountain for a panoramic view of Halong Bay.

16:30: Return to the ship. The ship will take you back to the port. You can sunbathe on the deck, listen to music, relax, and immerse yourself in the nature of Halong Bay.

17:30: Dock at the port. Transfer back to the hotel for check-in and rest.

19:00: Dinner. Evening free to explore the Night Market, Food Street... Overnight in Halong.

Day 2: HALONG PARK - YEN TU - HANOI (BREAKFAST / LUNCH / -)

06:30: Have breakfast at the hotel. Then check out.07:00-07:15: A car will pick you up to go to Yen Tu. Upon arrival, a guide will take you to admire the scenery of the Yen Tu primeval forest. You will visit the Tower of the Patriarch (where the relics of King Tran Nhan Tong are kept), Hoa Yen Pagoda, and One-Roof Pagoda. Then, you will head to the Cable Car Station to take the second cable car system. You will pay respects to the Statue of An Ky Sinh, the Buddha stele... Continue to conquer the summit of Dong Pagoda (located at an altitude of 1068m above sea level), perform Buddhist rituals, and enjoy the panoramic view of Yen Tu from the mountaintop.

11:30: Lunch at a restaurant. After lunch, you will return to Hanoi by car.

17:00: Arrival back in Hanoi. End of the program. Hope to see you again!

Tour price includes:

● Air-conditioned car from 7 to 45 seats (depending on the number of guests) for transportation according to the itinerary

● Visit ticket for Halong Bay (new, beautiful 48-seat iron boat with images provided in the program)

● Tickets for visiting Halong Bay and Yen Tu

Note: Depending on each period, with different ticket price policies, there may be additional charges if ticket prices increase or deductions if ticket prices are reduced based on the actual situation at the time of the tour.

● 01 breakfast at the hotel (buffet or set menu depending on the actual number of guests)

● 01 night stay at a 3-star hotel in Bai Chay area, double occupancy (single guests will share a room with 3 people)

● Tour guide serving the group during the visit to Halong Bay (during your rest time at the hotel, only hotel staff will serve you, and you are free to enjoy activities as suggested by us)

● Local guide to welcome and serve the group at Yen Tu

Tips for drivers and tour guides:

• In case the guests are satisfied with the service of the driver and tour guide, they can tip the driver and tour guide according to their satisfaction. This tipping amount is entirely voluntary but the customary minimum is 50,000 VND/guest/day
• Tipping guideline for foreign guests: 3 USD/guest/day

Children (need to read carefully to understand the children's criteria):

• Children from 1-4 years old receive free services but must pay the surcharge for boarding the boat as required (parents take care of all related expenses for the child, without occupying a seat on the vehicle). Only 01 child is allowed to accompany 02 adults for free, from the second child onwards, 50% will be charged (with half meal portion and a separate seat on the vehicle).

As children are also considered in the passenger capacity on the cruise to visit the Bay, children who are free of charge (from 1-4 years old) will incur an 80,000 VND/child surcharge (referred to as a fee for occupying a seat on the boat). During holidays such as April 30th-May 1st, National Day, New Year's Day, Lunar New Year, there will be a surcharge of 150,000 VND/child.

If 01 adult accompanies 01 child who is free of charge, then this child must pay 50% of the adult tour price (the children's 50% standard includes half a meal portion and a separate seat on the car. Any additional costs for entrance tickets at tourist sites are to be covered by the family).

• Children from 5-9 years old are charged 75% of the price (includes 01 meal portion and a separate seat on the vehicle).Children aged 5-9 who are taller than 120cm and do not have a valid student ID or document with a photo sticker will be required to pay an additional fee of 100,000 VND to purchase a ticket as an adult.

The port authorities of Ha Long do not accept the use of birth certificates.

Other notes:

• Travelers on tours (especially those involving boats, trains, airplanes... or tours to border areas) must carry valid personal identification documents (ID card/Citizen ID/Passport). Children under 14 must carry a birth certificate at minimum. Children aged 14 and above must have a Citizen ID card or passport.
• It is advisable to bring medication for stomach ache due to diarrhea, and common fever relief medication.
• Vegetarian customers are advised to bring their own vegetarian food to ensure their dietary preferences are met.
• Any unused services during the tour will not be refunded.
• Tour guides have the right to rearrange the order of sightseeing spots to suit specific departure conditions each day while still ensuring all scheduled attractions are visited.

Customer responsibilities:

• Customers are responsible for their own health and chronic illnesses (heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, joint issues...), congenital diseases, hidden illnesses, HIV AIDS, mental and neurological disorders, pregnant women... which are not covered by insurance. When necessary, customers must provide a written commitment regarding their health condition when participating in the tour. The tour organizer is not responsible for cases where customers do not disclose their illnesses truthfully, as well as cases outside the scope of travel insurance coverage during the tour.
• Customers must take care of their personal belongings in all situations and places throughout the trip. The tour organizer is not liable for any loss of money, valuable items, flight tickets, and personal belongings of customers during the journey.
