[HLO.031] HA LONG BAY - SURPRISING CAVE - TITOVY | 2 DAYS

DAY 01: HANOI - HALONG BAY (LUNCH / DINNER)

08:30-08:45: Pick-up at the meeting point in the Old Quarter and Opera House to depart for Halong Bay. Stop at a Pearl Shop along the way for about 30 minutes.

12:30-13:15: Arrive at Tuan Chau. The guide assists guests with boarding the boat. Guests are welcomed with a welcome drink and check-in before having lunch.

13:30-14:45: Enjoy a buffet lunch on the boat with a mix of Asian and European dishes. While dining, admire the flavors of the sea and the majestic natural landscapes of Halong Bay such as Fighting Cock Island, Stone Dog Island, and Heavenly Palace Cave.

15:00-17:30: The boat stops at Luon Cave area, where guests can explore this beautiful area by kayaking in a stunning setting. Then, visit Titop Island or Soi Sim Island where guests can swim, take photos, and enjoy beach activities.

18:00-19:00: Relax on the sundeck, enjoy an afternoon tea with fruits and snacks at the Sky Bar on the 4th floor. Guests can also participate in a Cooking class (spring rolls).

19:30-20:30: Special dinner with a European set menu served on the boat.

21:00-23:00: Join evening activities and squid fishing. Overnight on the boat.

DAY 2: HALONG BAY - HANOI (BREAKFAST / LUNCH / -)

06:00-06:30: Wake up early to enjoy the fresh and peaceful sea air on the boat's sundeck and participate in a morning Tai Chi exercise.

06:30-07:00: Have breakfast at the restaurant with coffee & tea.

07:30-09:00: Visit Surprising Cave - one of the most beautiful caves in Halong Bay. The cave is adorned with countless smooth velvet carpets of stalactites, sparkling stone curtains, stone statues, stone elephants, stone rice trays, flowers, and leaves... At the highest point of the cave, there is a clear water lake, creating a picturesque landscape.

09:30-10:00: Check out procedures.10:00-11:00: Have an early lunch while the boat is moving back to the pier.

12:00-12:30: Transfer guests back to Hanoi by car.

15:00-15:30: Arrive in Hanoi. End of the program. See you again!

Note: Sightseeing programs may be subject to change depending on the weather in Halong Bay. However, the company still ensures all activities for guests.

• VAT invoice, drinks during meals, and minibar in the room
• Single room surcharge: 2,800,000 VND/guest (for solo travelers or those requesting a single room)
• Personal expenses, extra sightseeing fees
• Tips for drivers and guides

Children (must read carefully to understand the children's standards):

• Children from 1-4 years old are free (parents take care of all expenses for the child, do not occupy a seat on the car). 02 adults can only accompany 01 free child, from the 2nd child onwards, 75% of the tour price will be charged (same standard as fee-paying children).

If *01 adult accompanies 01 child from 1-4 years old, the child must purchase 50% of the adult tour price (enjoying services like a 5-9-year-old child)*

• Children from 5-8 years old are charged 75% of the tour price (have their own meal, a separate seat on the car but must share a bed with parents). 02 children also do not have the standard of a separate bed.
• Children from 9 years old and above are charged as adults.

Guests should note:

• Guests must bring legal identification documents (ID card or Passport)
• It is advisable to bring common cold and fever medications or prescribed medications as needed
• Any unused services during the tour will not be refunded.- The tour guide has the right to rearrange the order of sightseeing spots to suit the specific departure conditions for each day, while still ensuring all the scheduled sightseeing spots in the program.

• Customers are responsible for their own health and chronic illnesses (such as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, joint problems...), congenital diseases, underlying illnesses, HIV AIDS, mental and neurological disorders, pregnant women... which are not covered by insurance. When necessary, customers must provide a written commitment about their health condition when participating in the tour. The tour organizer is not responsible for cases where customers do not declare their illnesses, provide false information, or fall outside the scope of travel insurance on the tour.
• Customers must take care of their own personal belongings in all situations and places throughout the trip. The tour organizer is not responsible for any loss of money, valuables, flight tickets, and personal belongings of customers during the trip.
