[ HLO.011 ] HANOI - HA LONG BAY - SURPRISE - TITOP | 01 day

TINERARY DETAILS:

08:00-08:30: Pick up guests at hotels in the Old Quarter and Opera House area for the journey to visit Halong Bay.

11:30-12:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau port, gather at the waiting area under the guidance of the guide to purchase tickets and board the boat for the exploration of the bay. The boat will pass through many small and large islands with different shapes, including the iconic Fighting Cock Island. Enjoy lunch on board.

14:00: Visit Bo Hon Island. Explore Surprise Cave - one of the most beautiful caves in Halong Bay. Guests can then choose to kayak or take a bamboo boat to visit Luon Cave (kayaking or bamboo boat fees not included). After 30 minutes of kayaking, return to the boat to head to Titop Island. Guests can swim at Titop Beach with white sand, or try trekking to the top of Titop Mountain for a panoramic view of Halong Bay.

16:30: Return to the boat. The boat will cruise back to the port. Guests can sunbathe on the deck, listen to music, relax, immerse themselves in the nature of Halong Bay, and enjoy a Sunset Party with afternoon tea and snacks.

17:30-18:00: Arrive back at the port. Farewell to Halong Bay, guests board the vehicle back to Hanoi.20:00-20:30: Upon returning to Hanoi, the vehicle will take you back to the original pick-up point. This concludes the World Natural Wonder Discovery Program of Ha Long Bay for the day. We look forward to seeing you again!

Important Note: The visiting time of Ha Long Bay may be adjusted according to each departure day's conditions or may be subject to changes depending on the weather in Ha Long Bay or the coordination of the Ha Long Bay Management Board. In some cases, there may be sudden departure bans due to strong winds or thunderstorms without prior notice. We hope for your understanding and cooperation!

● Tips for drivers and guides:

● If guests are satisfied with the service of the driver and guide, they may tip them according to their discretion. The tipping amount is entirely voluntary but typically starts from 50,000 VND/person/day

● Tip guideline for foreign guests: 3 USD/person/day

**Children (please read carefully to understand the children's standards):...Children from 1-4 years old are eligible for free services, but they must pay an additional fee for the train ticket as required (parents are responsible for all expenses related to the child, without taking up a seat on the train). Only 01 child is free to accompany 02 adults, the second child onwards will be charged 50% (with half standard meal and separate seat on the train).

Because children are also considered in the train's capacity when visiting Halong Bay, children aged 1-4 who are eligible for free (from 1-4 years old) will be subject to an additional charge of 80,000 VND/child (referred to as a fee for occupying a seat on the train). During holidays such as April 30th-May 1st, National Day, New Year's Day, and Lunar New Year, there will be an additional charge of 150,000 VND/child.

If 01 adult accompanies 01 child eligible for free, the child must pay 50% of the adult's tour price (the child's 50% standard includes half a meal and a separate seat on the car. Any additional costs for entrance tickets at tourist sites are the family's responsibility).

Children aged 5-9 are charged 75% of the price (including 01 meal and a separate seat on the car, excluding entrance tickets by default).

Children aged 5-9 over 120cm tall without a *student card or valid document with a photo will have to pay an additional 190,000 VND to purchase a ticket like an adult.*

Halong Port Authority does not accept the use of birth certificates.

Children aged 10 and above are charged the same price as adults.

Other notes:

• Travelers on tours (especially those involving boats, trains, airplanes... or tours to border areas) must carry valid personal identification documents (ID card/ Citizenship card/ Passport). Children under 14 must carry a birth certificate at minimum. Children aged 14 and above are required to have an ID card or passport.
• It is advisable to bring medication for stomach ache due to diarrhea and common fever-reducing medication.
• Vegetarian travelers are advised to bring their own vegetarian food to ensure their dietary preferences.
• Any unused services during the tour will not be refunded.
• The tour guide has the right to rearrange the order of sightseeing points to suit the specific conditions of each departure day while ensuring all scheduled attractions are still visited.

Customer responsibilities:

• Customers are responsible for their health and chronic illnesses (heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, joint problems...), congenital diseases, latent diseases, HIV AIDS, mental and neurological disorders, pregnant women... which are not covered by insurance. When necessary, customers must provide a written commitment regarding their medical conditions when participating in the tour. The tour organizer is not responsible for cases where customers do not declare their illnesses truthfully, as well as cases that fall outside the scope of travel insurance on the tour.
• Customers must take care of their personal belongings in all situations and places throughout the trip. The tour organizer is not responsible for any loss of money, valuable items, flight tickets, and customers' personal belongings during the journey.
