[YTU.012] YEN TU - DONG Pagoda | 2 DAYS

Day 1: Hanoi - Yen Tu (Lunch / Dinner)

From 06:00 to 06:30: Pick-up at the Hanoi Opera House and depart for Yen Tu.

At 09:30: Arrive at Yen Tu, our guide will welcome the group and take them to have lunch at a restaurant with authentic Yen Tu mountain dishes. After lunch, the guide will start the journey to explore Yen Tu mountain range and visit:

• The ancestor tower (where the relics of King Tran Nhan Tong are kept)
• Hoa Yen Pagoda, also known as One-Roof Pagoda. Guests will go to the cable car station to take the second cable car system.
• Admire the An Ky Sinh Statue, Buddha steles...
• Conquer the peak of Dong Pagoda (located at an altitude of 1068m above sea level)
• Attend a Buddhist ceremony and enjoy the panoramic view of Yen Tu mountain range from the summit.

Lunch: Have lunch at a restaurant at the foot of Yen Tu mountain.

Afternoon: The guide will take guests back to the hotel to rest and have dinner. In the evening, guests can relax in the peaceful and serene atmosphere of Yen Tu mountain forest. Overnight stay at Yen Tu.

Day 2: Yen Tu - Free Sightseeing - Hanoi (Breakfast / Lunch / -)

In the morning: Have breakfast at the restaurant or hotel, relax and rest. In the morning, guests can choose:

ü Option 1: Free time to rest or visit Truc Lam Yen Tu Zen Monastery and Giai Oan Pagoda to pray for luck and blessings for family and loved ones.

ü Option 2: The guide will take guests to visit Ba Vang Pagoda - the largest main hall in Vietnam with a spacious area and unique architecture. Guests will have 90 minutes to explore and admire the pagoda (additional cost of 350,000 VND per person including transportation and guide).

Lunch: Check out of the hotel, have lunch at a restaurant. After lunch, guests will be driven back to Hanoi.

At 17:00: Arrive back in Hanoi. End of the program. See you again!

Please note: Due to the nature of the tour, there will be no tour guide on the shuttle bus from Hanoi to Yen Tu and back. Complimentary drinks will not be provided on the bus.

• 01 night stay at a standard hotel in Yen Tu, based on double occupancy (single supplement for triple occupancy)
• Local tour guide specialized in Yen Tu route to welcome and assist the group in Yen Tu according to the itinerary
• 03 main meals, priced at 150,000 VND/meal
• 01 breakfast priced at 30,000 VND/person
• Sightseeing tickets in Yen Tu

• Beverages on the shuttle bus, drinks during meals, and other personal expenses
• Yen Tu electric car ticket and round-trip cable car ticket for 4 sections (current price: 320,000 VND/pax)
• Travel insurance due to the nature of daily group tours
• Tips for drivers and tour guides

Standard tipping for Vietnamese guests is 50,000 VND/guest/day

Tipping guideline for foreign guests: $5/guest/day

Children (please read carefully to understand the child standards):

· Children from 1-4 years old receive free services (parents are responsible for any additional expenses incurred, without occupying a seat on the bus). Only 2 adults can accompany 1 free child, starting from the second child, 50% will be charged (with half meal portion and separate seat on the bus).

Note: If *1 adult accompanies 1 free child, the child must pay 50% of the adult tour price (the child's 50% standard includes half meal portion and a separate seat on the shuttle bus. Any additional costs for sightseeing tickets at tourist attractions will be covered by the family).*

· Children from 5-9 years old are charged 75% of the price (1 meal portion and a separate seat on the bus)

· Children aged 10 and above are charged as adults

· Important note: For children of any age, if the height is > 120cm, they will be charged as adults.

Other general notes:...- Customers on tours (especially those related to ships, trains, airplanes, or border areas) must carry valid personal identification documents (ID card/Citizen ID/Passport). Children under 14 must at least bring their birth certificate. Children aged 14 and above are required to have a Citizen ID card or passport.

• It is advisable to bring along medication for stomach pain due to diarrhea and common fever-reducing medication.
• Vegetarian customers are advised to bring their own vegetarian food to ensure their dietary preferences.
• Any unused services during the tour will not be refunded.
• The tour guide has the right to rearrange the order of sightseeing spots to suit the specific conditions of each departure day while ensuring all scheduled visits in the program.

(*) Customer responsibilities:

• Customers are responsible for their health and chronic illnesses (heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, joint problems, etc.), congenital diseases, hidden diseases, HIV AIDS, mental and nervous disorders, pregnant women, which are not covered by insurance. When necessary, customers must provide a written commitment regarding their medical conditions when participating in the tour. The tour organizer is not responsible for cases where customers do not declare their illnesses truthfully or for cases that fall outside the scope of travel insurance on the tour.
• Customers must take care of their personal belongings in all situations and places throughout the trip. The tour organizer is not responsible for any loss of money, valuable items, flight tickets, and personal belongings of customers during the journey.
