[HLO.022] HA LONG BAY - HA LONG PARK - FIRE BEACH - YEN TU | 3 DAYS

DAY 1: HANOI - BAI CHAY - HALONG BAY PARK (LUNCH / DINNER)

07:30-08:00: Pick-up at hotels in the Old Quarter and Hanoi Opera House to depart for Halong Bay.

12:00-12:30: Arrive at Halong Bay port, gather in the waiting area as guided by the tour guide to buy tickets and board the cruise for the exploration journey. The cruise will pass by many islands with unique names like Rooster Fighting Island, Stone Dog Island, Incense Burner Island, Finger Island... Enjoy lunch on board.

14:00: Visit Bo Hon Island. Explore the Surprising Cave - one of the most beautiful caves in Halong Bay. Then, you can kayak or take a bamboo boat to visit Luon Cave (kayaking or bamboo boat fee not included). After 30 minutes of kayaking, return to the cruise to head to Ti Top Island. You can swim at Ti Top Beach with white sand, or try trekking to the top of Ti Top Mountain for a panoramic view of Halong Bay.

16:00: Return to the cruise. Relax on the sundeck, listen to music, and immerse yourself in the nature of Halong Bay.

18:00: Dock at the port. Transfer back to the hotel for check-in and rest.

19:00: Dinner. Evening free to explore the Night Market, Food Street... Overnight in Halong.

DAY 2: HALONG - HALONG BAY PARK (BREAKFAST / LUNCH / DINNER)

Enjoy a full day at leisure. Meals are arranged at the hotel.

Suggested activities:

Morning: Relax at Bai Chay Beach.Afternoon: Guests can buy tickets and enjoy themselves at the Ha Long Park complex with many exciting entertainment areas such as the Queen Cable Car area and the giant Sunwheel Ferris Wheel on the mysterious hill; Dragon Park with adventurous games like roller coasters, spinning swings...; Typhoon Water Park with water-related attractions.

DAY 3: HA LONG - YEN TU - HANOI (BREAKFAST / LUNCH / - )

06:30: Guests have breakfast at the hotel. Then check out.

07:00-07:15: The bus will pick up guests to go to Yen Tu. Upon arrival, the guide will take guests to admire the scenery of the Yen Tu primeval forest. Guests visit the Tower of the Patriarch (where the relics of King Tran Nhan Tong are kept), Hoa Yen Pagoda, One-Roof Pagoda. Guests go to the cable car station to take the second cable system. Admire the Statue of An Ky Sinh, Buddha's stele... Continue to conquer the peak of Dong Pagoda (located at an altitude of 1068m above sea level), perform Buddhist rituals and enjoy the view of Yen Tu from the mountaintop.

11:30: Lunch at a restaurant. After lunch, guests return to Hanoi by bus.

17:00: The group arrives back in Hanoi. End of the program. See you again!

Important note: The time to visit Ha Long Bay may be adjusted to suit the conditions of each departure day or may be changed depending on the weather in Ha Long or the coordination of the Ha Long Bay Management Board. Thank you for your understanding!

Tour price includes:

● Air-conditioned tourist bus from 7 to 45 seats (depending on the number of guests) serving transportation according to the program

● 02 nights stay at 3-star hotels, double occupancy (single guests sleep 3 in a room)

● 01 lunch on the boat and 04 main meals at restaurants

● 02 breakfasts at the hotel (buffet or set menu depending on the actual number of guests)

● Tickets to visit Ha Long Bay and the Ha Long Bay Cruise.● Tour guides will assist the group during the visit to Ha Long Bay.

Exclusions:

● Drinks on the bus due to the nature of the Ha Long tour package

● Beverages during meals, in the room, and other personal expenses

● Entrance tickets to all parks in Ha Long

● Kayaking or bamboo boat ride to visit Luon Cave (based on actual price list)

● Yen Tu cable car round trip ticket for 4 stages: 320,000 VND/ticket

● Single room surcharge: 300,000 VND/guest/night (in case a guest signs up to travel alone and cannot share a room with another person) or due to a request for a separate room from the customer

● Tips for drivers and tour guides:

● If guests are satisfied with the service of the driver and tour guide, they may tip them according to their discretion. The tip amount is entirely voluntary but traditionally starts from a minimum of 50,000 VND/guest/day

● Tip regulation for foreign guests: 3 USD/guest/day

Children (must read carefully to understand the children's standards):

● Children from 1-4 years old receive free services but must pay the fee to board the ship as required (parents are responsible for all related expenses for the child, without taking up space on the bus). Only 02 adults are allowed to accompany 01 free child, starting from the second child, they will be charged 50% (with half standard meal and separate seat on the bus).

*Since children are also considered in the capacity of the visiting ship, children who are eligible for free services (from 1-4 years old) will be charged an additional fee of 80,000 VND/child (referred to as a fee for occupying a seat on the ship). During holidays such as April 30th-May 1st, National Day, New Year's Day, Lunar New Year, an additional charge of 150,000 VND/child will apply.*If one adult accompanies one child, the child must purchase 50% of the adult tour price (the standard for children is 50% which includes half a meal and a separate seat in the car. Any additional costs for entrance tickets at tourist spots are to be paid by the family).

● Children from 5-9 years old are charged 75% of the price (includes 1 meal and a separate seat in the car)

Children aged 5-9 who are taller than 120cm and do not have a valid student ID or document with a photo sticker will have to pay an additional 100,000 VND to purchase a ticket like an adult.

Halong Bay authorities do not accept the use of birth certificates.

● Children aged 10 and above are charged the same price as adults

Note regarding purchasing Seafood:...

● Trường hợp mua đồ hải sản phải được đựng trong thùng xốp dán kín và sạch sẽ. Lái xe có quyền từ chối vận chuyển nếu Quý khách mang theo đồ hải sản lên xe mà không được đóng gói cẩn thận.

● Không mang bất kỳ đồ hải sản gì lên khoang ghế ngồi. Lái xe có quyền từ chối vận chuyển đồ hải sản nếu như Quý khách mua quá nhiều đồ hải sản và không có chỗ để trong cốp xe.

Other notes:

• Travelers on tours (especially those involving ships, trains, airplanes, or border regions) must carry valid personal identification documents (ID card/Citizen ID/Passport). Children under 14 must carry a birth certificate at minimum. Children aged 14 and above are required to have a Citizen ID or passport.
• It is advisable to bring medication for stomach pain due to diarrhea and common fever relief medication.
• Vegetarian travelers should bring their own vegetarian food to ensure their dietary preferences are met.
• Any services included in the tour that are not utilized by the traveler will not be refunded.
• Tour guides have the right to rearrange the order of sightseeing spots to suit the specific conditions of each departure day while ensuring all scheduled attractions are visited.

Customer responsibilities:

• Customers are responsible for their own health and chronic illnesses (heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, joint problems, etc.), congenital diseases, hidden illnesses, HIV AIDS, mental and nervous disorders, pregnant women, which are not covered by insurance. When necessary, customers must provide a written commitment regarding their health condition when participating in the tour. The tour organizer is not liable for cases where customers do not disclose their illnesses, provide false information, or fall outside the scope of travel insurance coverage during the tour.
• Customers must take care of their personal belongings at all times and in all places throughout the trip. The tour organizer is not responsible for any loss of money, valuables, flight tickets, or personal belongings of customers during the journey.
